Late arrival for tour/activity timeslot – Please arrive at least ten minutes before your start time. Start time is the time agreed at booking, not the time of arrival. The later your group, the shorter your pre-agreed time slot will be. For directions please click here

NOTE: Sat Nav often leads you to wrong location once you get within couple of miles of Castle Ward so best to avoid. No refund of deposit or price reduction will be made for late arrival.

Risk Acknowledgement & Disclaimer - Our tours and experiences are only suitable for people who do not have medical conditions (including pregnancy) which might have the effect of making it more likely that they would be involved in an incident which could result in injury to themselves or others. Further note that all participants are required to complete a risk acknowledgement and disclaimer form onsite prior to their tour or experience commencing.

Regarding boat tours - these tours are also not suitable for expectant mothers during pregnancy, or anyone with a historical or current back condition. If you are unsure please speak to your doctor.

Dangerous Behaviour and/or Damage – We reserve the right to cancel your party’s activity without refund if inappropriate, dangerous, malicious, persistent or deliberate misbehaviour occurs.  We also reserve the right to cancel your party’s activity without refund if any participants are under or suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The cost of repair for damage caused to property or equipment, either deliberately, or as a direct consequence of misbehaviour will be charged to the person who made the booking. Organisers should therefore make all members of their party aware of this clause before arrival.
